Our Corpers GO Together program is designed especially for you. We are confident it will inspire you with new ideas for living your life with Jesus and serving Him through your work. It might even completely change your perspective on work and ministry.

Core content of The Jesus Corpers GO Together programme

  • At Tent’s GO Equipped course, you will learn six ways of bringing your faith to work as a Corper. 

  • We believe in a God of excellence. If we want to represent him well, we should do everything with all our hearts as working unto him (Col 3:23-24).

  • Tent has 25 years of experience in sending people to difficult areas. At our GO Equipped course, you will get insights into what we have learned and develop strategies for how to operate.

  • Jesus has called us to help each other. A fellowship of like-minded people that you report back to will help you to stay on track. 

  • In your Corpers’ year, you will serve in unfamiliar settings. This requires good cultural skills - often called intercultural intelligence (ICI). Through the Corpers GO Together programme, we will try to help you develop your cross-cultural understanding and intelligence and give you some tools that can help you understand and communicate with people from different cultures. 

  • Cultural intelligence helps us to operate with confidence, understanding and respect in various cultural settings. This leads to dialogue. With cross-cultural training, we will also know how to share the Gospel with people from different cultural backgrounds.

  • Many nations are close to traditional forms of mission. The same nations desire to recruit Christian professionals, businesspeople and students. We believe these are key groups that God will use to fulfil His great commission. Through our Corpers GO Together program you will learn more about how you can become internationally employable. 

  • There are lots of good resources. Two books that we recommend are Fruitfulness on the Frontline, written by Mark Greene og Every Good Endeavor by Timothy Keller.  We also highly recommend that you take Tent’s GO Equipped course.
